I'm a little farther east in Scottsbluff Nebraska. They have treated me great. It's a small town thing I guess. Service dept has always been nice and respectful. Just don't know how long you are willing to travel. I'm about 2 hours from Fort Collins.

When I was looking for a 2 wheel drive superduty a few years ago I went there, did a test drive on a new 4x4 and their fleet sales manager was going to check around and see what he could find and also give me a quote on a factory order. Never heard back from the clown and even called and left a message for him thinking he might have lost my number. Crickets.

Had the battery minder issue on the 150 I bought from Phil Long but seeing as how I live in Aurora and my wife works just down the street from groove decided to take it there for the work. Now granted this is a funky problem some people have been trying to get figured out for a couple years Groove service did finally get mine figured out, after having it there for nearly two weeks the second time in. What pissed me off was having to call them to find out what was going on and was told it was ready to be picked up, and according to the paperwork when I did get it had been ready to go for 4 days before I called which was 4 additional days of ripoff insurance from the slimeball rental car dealer they used who added the insurance without telling my wife, like 14.00 a day worth. Maybe not the dealer's fault but still...

AND we have now 2 times tried to get an appointment to get some recall work done on the Escape. You have to leave them a message with your info and they call you back to set an appointment on recall work. No call back either time. Life it too short to deal with people like that.

Again, we live on the other side of the Metro area so we don't use it but Phil long also gives you coupons enough to get free oil changes and such from them for like 3 years from their little quick lube service place next door to the dealer which is pretty cool too.

Oh, and loveland ford, before we got rid of the fifth wheeler I bought a "used" 11' F350 lariat from them. It was kinda a wham bam thank you mam type of deal so it's hard to judge but I have no complaints with them. The 350 was 9 months old and had a whole 794 miles on it LOL! They gave me 15K for my 02 7.3 crew 4x4, only had like 45K on it. Probably could have gotten more private partying it but I think it was a fair price for a trade in. Sorry for the rambling post.

I've got almost 500lbs of sand bags in the bed and a set of studded snow tires on the back. I go up skiing every week or so and I haven't had an issue yet. I have a set of chains just in case.

The snow tires were a night and day difference, I had no idea.

I've purchased 4 vehicles from Loveland Ford...amazing service and people. They take care of you from every step of the way and don't do the "round robin" thing of having a bunch of salesman talk to you.

Talk to Austin (he's the sales manager) or Jason (he's a salesman) and they will take care of you and seriously BEAT any deal you get. I always go get the best deal (or tell them what I'm willing to pay), show them/tell them the deal and they beat it by a long shot usually.

Just had the truck back because the battery died. The wife took it in and brought up the no returned calls for the Escape recall work and they arranged for her to drop the Escape off when she picked up the truck to get 3 of the 4 recall orders done the next day so I got no issues with Groove's service now other than you guys might want to re think that whole call back for recall work thing.

Default off road groups

Is there any off road clubs or groups in the metro area. I wouldn't mind getting together and getting some trucks dirty.
