Not much, its pretty perfect as is. but i did put HIDs in, rolling bed cover, husky liner splash guards and wheel liners. I'll get new tires on the stock 22's come spring but i have blizzaks on 17's to run this winter.

Exhaust, intake and tuner are all on the list...
