Constructive criticism: I think you place too much emphasis on people's behaviors instead of your own. This can lead you to place blame on others for your mistakes and failures. If you promise to be there, just be there; if nobody else shows up don't blame any one, instead find a solution. Look for other means on how to hang out with the crowd that have the ability to keep promises like you do.

This is what I learned as life goes on: When I don't like something, I change it and if I can't change it, then I change my attitude towards it.
