I didn't think there was a toll road in Cali. When I went over into Cali last month through the I-10 right before the 95N to Needles. I just went through this check point and that was it.. didn't pay.

i dont know about you up there ryan but down here it is impossible to get to I-10 without going through one of the Border Patrol's Checkpoints. I mean there are more of them down here then actual cops..LOL
