Yea lets see rowher flats is good offroading and you you camp as well its off of sierra hwy or gorman its up the 5 fwy exit smokey bear , there is " a place to shot" its off of san fransiquito canyon which is off of copper hill in saugus ,there is also oak tree shooting lodge off of the the old road and the 5 fwy if you head out to past canyon country towards agua dulce theres all kinds of off roading

Out here in Huntington Beach as well!
I know there's a truck meet every Tuesday in Westminster, more-so offroad trucks. Never been... figure it's a bunch of young kids.
