Warning- Running Boards from South Texas
Man, I hate to do this. I've worked with Texans, know some good folks, traveled through, and really, really liked everyone I've met. But recently met one I'd rather forget.
I tried to buy a set of running boards from a guy on ebay. Even though we talked and he wanted me to buy them, he couldn't set up the auction to allow a guy from Canada to buy them. So he cancelled the auction, and sold them to me via Paypal. So I paid for them almost a month ago. Since then there have been a ton of emails, all delaying sending them. Needed bigger boxes, UPS wouldn't take them...Fedex wouldn't.... until he finally said he couldn't drive up to a larger center to mail them, and would have to refund my money. Then he couldn't figure out how to refund it (super easy to do on Paypal), and now, no more emails. I've filed a complaint with Paypal, and will continue on that path.
His name is Guillermo Ramos, and he lives in McAllen Texas. Posted is a picture of his truck- with the running boards I've paid from. careful if you're dealing with this cat.

depends on how the money was sent I believe. Sorry from Texas, but looks like a scam from the get go!

Master of none
Did you send the funds as a "gift." If you did, I doubt they'll assist you. You failed to post his telephone number and address but I would be surprised if that is really HIS truck.
