They redid it all last year! But they had TV's and wifi the whole time I lived in that area. If you want horrible service from a dealership, come to west TX.... Zero F$&@s given out here. I tried to get my electric trailer brake controller activated at Rogers in Midland and they wanted me to leave the truck there for 9 days.... Luckily I was able to activate it at a small town dealer outside of Midland/Odessa!

I live in Rowlett and used Rockwall a few times.
I found it depends on the service writer a lot. Both times I had issues but not with the quality of service in the backroom but the idiots writing up the service tickets.
I had them cut me an extra key for a hideaway key. I had both original keys so programming the new one is a few minute job for myself. I explicitly said only cut the key, I will program myself since I have both keys and the manual clearly teaches you how. When I picked it up they charged me $125.00 to program the key which took a person probably 2-3 minutes to do. This was at the time of getting a leaking pinion seal repaired which they successfully did.
The next time I had some misc warranty stuff done and had a bad seal on the MAP sensor on top of the intake. It was leaking a little so easy to see it wasn't sealed. I took it out and snapped pictures of the broken O-ring seal to show to service writer so they would replace under warranty. Picked it up and they did the other things like change the oil but never replaced the MAP or seal. Even after showing pictures to them of the broken seal. I went online and bought a new MAP myself for $25.00 online and replaced just to keep from driving back to Rockwall.
I'll give them one more chance but will try requesting the service writer someone mentioned in this thread earlier, Jerry Jones. Maybe he can be my champion and get things done right.
BTW- My truck is a 2013 with 15K miles and Ford Premium ESP zero deductible first day car rental until 2020 or 100K miles. I've only been twice for warranty work there in 3 years so not a constant whiner or complainer.
Just wish service writers would listen to what I say and show them when dropping off the truck.
As a side note I always have to tape a large sign over the Nav that says "DO NOT WASH" While I acknowledge its a great idea to wash a customers car they use rags or cleaning supplies made out of steel wool I think. The first time they washed my truck I had to spend 4-5 hours doing paint correction with a DA polisher and 3 stages of polish to remove all the swirl marks and scratches in the clear coat. Wont let that happen again.

I went to Rockwall Ford this last weekend and had my oil changed. There weren't long lines to see a service writer, or tons of vehicles in the way. Normally Town East is slammed from 9 or 10AM on. Rockwall didn't start getting busier until I picked my truck up around 2PM or so. They did a good job. They didn't crash my truck, get oil in weird places or anything like that. They washed it and didn't do an amazing job, but it wasn't horrible either. They didn't damage anything so that's a plus.

I'll give them another chance in the future and only use Jerry Jones.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

I did stop in at the Rockwall Ford showroom and I was looking at the GT350R that was there. It showed a 50k market value adjustment. When the sales vulture descended on me I asked him if that was the car salesman's code for "just the tip." He didn't know what to say to that and walked off.

It was gorgeous. I'd love to buy one but alas I wouldn't want the payments that come with a $67k vehicle, and can't afford one at $117k.
