So how does it work at your shop? Do I have to buy the item there in order for you guys to install? Or can I bring y'all my own parts?

it really depends on what item it is. usually we only install the parts that we sell becauase it is easier for us to warranty parts if something breaks. people have brought in shoddy parts before and then when it doesnt work...... ya know
