Default Need a Houston dealer service recommendation
I need to find out which dealer has the best service department in Houston. I live inside the loop, but am willing to drive for good service.

I have had zero issues at big star ford in Pearland right off of 288, Austin is the guy to talk too.

The other dealer I have frequent was Russell and Smith Ford off of 610 and main st.

Lone Star Ford has been awesome! Glenn is the service director. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with them.

And on a side note... The cashier is as sweet as could be and an absolutely gorgeous woman! Lol

anyone got any ideas towards the west side of town? i have gone to AutoNation Ford in Katy, but sometimes they just seem way too busy

I use Mac Haik Ford off I-10 West, right inside the Beltway. I've never had a complaint.
