I wouldn't let Autonation in Katy check the air in my tires. They suck.
Mac Haik, on I10 isn't much better.

Went to Joe Myers on 290 with a Sync problem because they were close to my office. They made it real clear they give priority to vehicles purchased there. They wanted me to leave the truck for at least 10 days. Helfman diagnoised the problem in an hour, then ordered the parts. Called me when they came in and installed everything in a half day.

Helfman on 59 south might be out of the way, but they are very easy to work with.

Agree with this. They've gone above and beyond with me.

Big Star had a 2 week window after drop off before they could look at my warranty work.

AC Collins has had my truck since Friday, with very little communication

Don't use either one is my advice.

I will be trying Mac Haik next time.

BS bought my truck there, took in for service and they could not even figure out what was wrong with it!

Tommie Vaughn on North Shepherd is hands down the best Ford dealer in Houston for service.

Line star ford is crap. I showed up on a Saturday at 630am, fourth car in line, shop open and 7 and I get checked in at 745am. One advisor checking people in. Really bro? One advisor!?!?

I been to random Hondas and toyotas and they are always fully staffed every morning everyday.
