I have an 06 lariat with a 5.4 I have an sct tuner but I want a custom tune long tube headers and cams will come later anybody know of a good shop on or aground the Houston area for the tune

Heard good things about Leading Edge, check them out if local to you.

99% of tuning though is all done online, doesn't have to be local to you though unless you plan on getting a dyno tune.

Mike at More Power Tuning is good on the F series as well.
