If this thing ends up drawing in 50+ people, won't we have to tell Hooters or wherever we go that we're bringing this many people?

I was thinking about that earlier. Giving them a courtesy call letting them know we'll have a big group of people and most likely wanting beer haha

Yeah, I can see us causing a commotion if we don't tell them haha

What I was thinking was on either Thursday or Friday we will take a final count and I'll call the restaurant and talk to the manager about it.

That would probably work very well.

Just FYI guys, if the group gets too big and for some reason Hooters can't facilitate us there is also a Brickhouse Tavern and Tap as well as a Twin Peaks right there too.

yeah, Like David said, we can get a final total a few days before, and let them know how many people to expect. If we have enough people going, they may actually set a section aside in the parking lot for us to all park together. We used to have car/truck meets in Baton Rouge when I lived there, and hooters was always willing to help out if we had a big crowd coming

with the response we've had already, I could see us spilling over into parking lots next door

Good luck guys, don't forget lots of football on Saturdays! So Hooters will be crowded!

DavidSchlot822 i know you started this thread but i was just thinking that if this meet goes good or next meet could be at Texas Offroad Park in Huntsville, Tx. I just think it would be pretty cool to have an f150 trail ride. I also like that park because its nothing too extreme or muddy so we wouldnt have to worry about breaking parts. Just a suggestion.
