When I did mine I think All Out was like $400 for front and rear with alignment. I did Fox 2.5 Coilovers instead though

I am in northwest Houston, and apparently need the camshaft phaser/chain repair on a 2004 5.4L. Can someone suggest good engine shops who are competent at this work? I was dissatisfied with the last shop.
