Theres a small local car meet every wednesday here in Rockwall where I'm from, couple of fast vetoes, quite a bit of trucks, and ricers, its not bad hang in out with buddies. but now that its getting cold don't know how good it will be.

Have you been to a meet yet? You'd understand why. Also it was started a week or so before Christmas last year.
Carhartts for the brand of workwear and jackets.
Tailgates for sitting on and chatting. Don't see how that "screams redneck" but whatever. Come to a meet. You'll see.

I know there is already a DFW thread but I figured I would make a DFW thread that is only for truck meet ups and friday night drag and brags.
So far meet wise I know of Carhartts and Tailgates in Plano, every saturday night. And also the Tuesday night meet ups at Cabela's in Allen.
If y'all have any more meets or even want to start a DFW Ford Club or start a new meet, post em here! We'll get the word out through the good ole grapevine!

Think about a time and location, get WRITTEN PERMISSION from the OWNER of a parking lot in a decent area of town maybe hulen or ridgmar mall and let us know, then start a facebook/instagram page to promote the meet, word spreads among us truck guys. Once word is spread and it turns out to be a good meet then people will come from miles around.
At Carhartts we have people from Denton who drove to our meets. Denton to Allen is not a short drive. I drive 35 min from DFW Airport every saturday to go to the meet.
Let me know if you want help setting it up, I can help you find people to come to the meet.
