Just bought my gently used 2010 from Town East Ford in Mesquite. Was not real thrilled with the process and wished I went elsewhere afterwards

Bought mine at Grand Prairie ford. It was an okay experience. In the end we got the price we originally set out for.

We nicknamed the finance manager "crop duster" since each time he came to salesman's office he brought a distinct smell of crap, much like his counter offers.

Grapevine ford did the same pressuring to me and i told them to put it where the sun don't shine and walked out.

Grapevine had always been not pressuring until I looked a 13 F250, then they got pushy and I left

If you are in North, and I mean North Tejas then Holiday Ford in Whitesboro is a great stop. If you are a little north of Denton another great is Stanley Ford of Pilot Point. Go in and ask for Victor Rivera. Young guy that won't pressure or push you. I just picked up my new EcoF150 from there. Even put off payments for 3 months. Awesome stuff

Grapevine sucks. Their prices are ridiculous over all the other dealers I've gone to so far

I bought mine today at Texas Motors Ford off 820 in Fort Worth.

Karl Brown was A-1, no hassle, got me to the price and payment I was comfortable with.

Talked with Reid when looking for my used 2012 ended up purchasing from Carmax only because the one I got from Carmax had some goodies on it already. Grapevine NEVER pressured me for a sale and have offered to actually service my truck even though I didn't buy from them! Great dealership and a solid selection year round

Default Rockwall

As my name suggests I am from West Texas, but I bought my truck from Rockwall Ford (just east of Dallas) about a year ago.

I found the exact truck I wanted online and sent an email requesting more information. Not an hour later I got an email back from a SALES MANANGER. That defintely made the experience better as he wasn't pushy and was able to give me quick answers to questions.

Over the next two days we emailed and talked a handful of times and came to a deal. On the third day I drove up to get it.

I got a very good price on my new F150 and they were very generous on my trade in. All of this was done over the phone and nothing had changed when I went to pick it up.

I had a very good experience with them, and from my extensive online searching they had some of the lowest prices in Texas. Including dealerships from DFW, Austin, and Houston.
