I get 14l/100km on average, I have had it as low as 12, after my last fill up, but due to stupid traffic probs its back up again, its saved me 30-40 bucks per tank of gas compared my last truck, so thats awesome!!

In the city depending on traffic and my driving i can get it 13.5-16.5/100L, on the highway i can get around 12/100L. Pulling a 2500-3000 lb trailer on the highway at 110 kph i can usually manage 14.3/100L, and pulling a 4000 lb trailer at 110 kph with a headwind i got 16.2/100L. With the same trailer loaded with a 1800 lb car doing 125-130 kph again into a side/head wind i got 20.6/100L

my specs.
highway i average 16.2 l/100km @ 120km/h
city a little bit less because i drive like a maniac!
bought truck with 29,800km on it 2011 Ecoboost every option minus nav, and power seats/ leather paid $34,600 after tax and with my extended warranty.
also traded an 06 dodge ram 3500 1 ton with really high kilometres and got $17,200 on trade towards it. and they threw in my leveling/block kit, under coating, a tonneau cover and a few oil changes.
bully dog tuner/full factory upgrade roush exhaust system/airrade dual cold air intake ran into my fully functional dual inlet APR ram air hood.
when all i had done was just bigger tires (only 1 size taller than stock). it didnt affect my fuel economy any. but i drive my vehicles hard. and still get great fuel econ.

fuel milage
iv got a 2013 F150 s/crew 5.5 fx4 fully loaded nav heated/cooled seats ect.
the best iv ever gotten for highway mileage is 13 l per 100. in town its 17 -18 l per 100 and my wife drives it 90% of the time. pulled a 2 sled enclosed trailer to revelstoke from western manitoba and got an average of 21.8 l per 100 at 110. so i think there is something wrong with the engine but for says everything is within spec. also i payed 43000 out the door i love the truck but my work truck is an 09 f150 with a 5.4 and it gets better fuel milage.
