Employee Pricing has Hit! Configured SuperCrew 4X4 XLT with $10K Options gives up a similar number in discounts right off the top. I figure there is another $4-5K to come off the table yet as the summer wears on. Final date for ordering a special build is end of July.

You dah man homes, bahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Incidentally, given your disdain for the Platinum, and how fast you wanted to get out of it, I was waiting for the inevitable easy shot at the Raptor.
Then I realized that one of your GTA bro's just traded his EB FX4 for one, so that wouldn't have been cool to be dissin' on it.
Good call on Employee Pricing, I saved $16000 off MSRP on the '13 FX4 I ordered before the Raptor.

EDIT: your configurator, or mine, is broken... I just built a $43,555 net price XLT... lease payment shows up at $ 689 monthly?!?!
RE-EDIT: nvm, once I key in a downpayment and / or trade-in value, it does drop to $2** ... since my trade in value right now is closer to - $8k, it is not all that exciting anymore!

Currently dealing on a xlt $55999. Had 4500 delivery credit, and payment was to be 650 taxes in for BC.
Now with employee pricing deliv is down to 4000 but empl disc is like 8000.
Dealer says payment wont change because buy out changed!?
BS?

What are the lease numbers exactly? What percent are we paying for and residuals etc.

Ask them for a buy back number, or lease residual. You should see 46% min, and as much as 54% of the difference between that and the MSRP, depending on your deal.
Low back buys mean you are paying more on a monthly basis. High buy back means its expensive to buy out the vehicle later. Know your game and stick to it.
Do not be fooled as the buyback, when it gets tested in the real world (the market) later on when you are retiring the vehicle to the lessor, or buying it out, becomes one side of the box they have you in.
I have a dealer right now trying to play me by offering to deal with my lease as a trade and back it back for $2300 over the buyout (including tax) price (with me at 25K km's over max mileage). Sounds good until you remember the ol' Retail to Retail game... retail price for your trade means retail price for their truck. Get the buyback that suits you so you are in the position you want to be in on the next deal.
Once you are in the lease game its hard to get out of it. They love returning lease customers... so many willing to depreciate their cars for them.
Bronze Fire lifted King Ranch w/ custom Caribou paint over the grille and bumpers

25000km over mileage max, you're already looking at a penalty on lease return, what is it? 6 cents per km? Add another $1500 on return, might be cheaper for you to buy it out. My first F150 was a lease buyout, dude was in the same situation, and I scored a two year old truck for less than what it was going for retail on the lots, drove it five years for way less than a lease, plus I owned it and could mod until my hearts content. If you don't want to play the game, buy it out, pay it off and save that $400 a month, not to mention the hassle of every dealer trying to stick it to you. Don't hate the playahs, hate the game peeps.

I would not lease again if they made vehicles to last. They all seem to be crap these days.
