Looking for truck experts to join our team (Toronto)
One of Canada’s leading online aftermarket accessory stores. We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives, at our office in Richmond Hill.
Position type: Full Time, Shift Work
Must be flexible with schedule. May have to work night Shifts/Weekends
Position summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in our operation, as it is the first point of contact for our customers. To serve customers by providing product and service information, resolve product and service problems.
Major responsibilities :
- Handle a large volume of incoming phone inquiries, regarding service questions and product inquiries.
- Be able to suggest products best suited for the customer’s vehicle, and suggest additional products for the customer.
- Open customer accounts, record account information, update and maintain the customer’s records.
- Assist customers by inputting orders into our system.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- May be required to work shift or weekend work.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Required qualifications :
- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to work under stressful situations
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
Essential skills :
- Product knowledge
- Speak with confidence
- Reliable
- Friendly, outspoken
- Can deal with customer's complaints
- French is a plus
