i personally HATE any team ford dealership. i found them all to be really pushy and all about their pocket. i was once ****ed over REALLY bad when i bought my brand new 09 fusion from team ford. i now deal with Art Barry Ford in leduc. the staff there is a older more mature group of people. Completely the opposite of the typical car salesman scene. there is no pressure what so ever there.

city ford is run by a bunch of lebs last i checked. when i looked for my fusion i told the guy i wanted a pearl white car with black interior and he shows me a chamagne colored fusion with that puke tan color interior. and has the nerve to ask me to give it a try. i was 23 at the time. not 75.

Team Ford is without doubt the best dealership I've dealt with to date. (What do I know... I've only purchased 6 new trucks in my life)

Koch was my worst experience ever... that was back in 1991. however. Zender in 1998 was good too.

Bought my Team F150 on Sept. 1, and everything has been perfect so far.

I,d have to say Ive bought only two fords a ranger and my f150 one from team ford from a salesman who didn't know anything (to my advantage). The ranger I bought at city ford where the purchase was so easy and layed back I left with the truck in 2 1/2 hour it was that good. Now that my warranties are up I stay as far away as possible as they are so over priced its rediculous.

Well just to let every one know that team ford sucks on service. I traded my 2011 limited in at Sherwood ford for a 2011 f350 king ranch diesel. The staff were great. Not pushy just their to help you

I went with Kentwood Ford for my last 3 vehicle purchases. a bit fast paced, but thats what it is, quick-ish service and they've given me a couple free tanks on my truck so far for having to go back to the city to see them.

vegreville ford is good. good small town folk! imo, any small town dealer is decent to deal with. Simple minded, and they dont wanna **** u off, 'cause any customer is a good customer.

Avoid city ford. I've never been there personally, just heard bad stories. and their radio commercials...them alone make me never want to step foot near it. lol

Sherwood Park Ford was great. Never felt pressured. Tons of vehicles on their lot (it's huge)

I delt with Scotty Olson at Kentwood, could not ask for a nicer salesman, did everything he could for me without coming off as a sleaze bag. Can't say the same for the rest of the staff, they all seem like creepy weirdos.

Hey guys I was just reading some of your posts about dealerships and wanted to ask some questions. I'm currently looking to buy a 2013-2014 fx4 appearance pkg, but everywhere I go it feels like they are asking WAY to much. I live in Edmonton and I've been to Zender, city ford, Danny Andrews. Do you think I should wait until the "2015" come out or what's the best time to buy. Any info or advice would be great.
