Hi, I was looking on my contract about a refund for the service plan. I tried going to my dealership and ask them they say that nothing can be done after 60 days. But the contract states that a pro-rated refund can be issued. (unless I am reading it wrong) But the dealership was trying to tell me pro-rated is for the refund before 60 days, which doesn't make sense.
Should I talk to a manager. Or am I in the wrong.
Ultimately I wanna do a trade in, and if I can save money from the service plans, be able afford or save a little more

You can cancel any time, full refund varies by state, otherwise you get a full refund. If you financed it, the finance company gets the refund.

welcome to the forum I'm in NB and yes you do get a refund that is prorated. I did with only 2 remaining. Was worth it though. Sorry for the late reply.
