Luckily it's on a 4.6 so plugs won't be as bad, gonna do them today and hope that's all it is!

So did my plugs, came out without issue thankfully, BUT I forgot to plug in my IAT and drove a couple blocks before plugging it in, now the truck is running like complete **** and has hardly any power.... Any ideas?!

I'd try unplugging the negative terminal of the battery for 30 mins to reset all the fuel trims etc. Give that a try.
