Husky sells 94 Octane. You can also buy fuel at Castrol I do believe.
Hopefully the response is well enough, wouldn't mind getting a few ppl out there. Although I fear April 26th will be packed because it's opening day.

Ahh husky I never thought about them. I usually use shell 91 octane fuel for just everyday fuel. 94 should be a pretty big upgrade though compared to even 91. Maybe ill have to go with a custom tune now just bec I can get 94 octane lol.
I'd say opening day would be packed for sure but you also get to see some nice rides that way.

I really have to get this exhaust and intake issues fixed. Seems everything iv put on this truck has had some kinda issue. Stupid AFe stage 2 intake vibrates like all hell and causes the dash to rattle a bit. I'm sure everything is tight and installed right. Anyone running that on there 5.0 that could maybe help me with this issue?
My exhaust issue is I have a helicopter like noise at lower rpm and on the highway. Sounds like when you have you're windows up and you're sunroof open. I have the magnaflow split dual kit. All mandrel bent stainless steel piping. I'm wondering if going to 2.5 is causing some kinda back pressure issue. Really need it fixed or it was an expensive mess up for me bec it will come right off. Anyone good with exhaust systems?

Could it be just a side effect of the exhaust
Can't say anything to the effect of the cold air intake
Yeah I'd be up for a meet at Castrol

Well yah I'm sure it's a side effect of the exhaust but I'm hoping someone on here with a bit more knowledge then me might be able to kinda pin point an idea or two. I think it has to do with back pressure myself but I don't know enough about it to say for sure. Just wanna resolve the issue bec the exhaust sounds amazing then you get on it .
Intake thing issue I think I'm going to have too go over everything again and make sure it's all tight.

i can't remember who i was talking to when i first got online, but he talked about exhaust so much that he had it down to knowing about pulse changes in the pipes from the different sizes of tubes. headder talk, etc.
the man, knows it all when it comes to pipes.
i think if you search for exhaust pulses you may come up with some good research

I've heard of issues like this arising from ppl that get holes or loose clamps before.
For your intake pull it off your truck completely and reinstall in. Before you reinstall look in the tubes at those weird fin things and see if they may be loose. Then reinstall your intake and see if that helps.
Hope this helps. I have the aFe Stage II as well with no issues. Luckily SOLO puts the J tube on their exhaust so harmonics can be tuned out. Great invention if you ask me.
