Ya, factory order! We placed the order Jan.17th and it arrived at Freedom on Feb. 18th, so much for a 6-8 week wait! lol.

Does this mean Freedom Ford is tune friendly when it comes to warrantee?? I'm looking to switch from Kentwood. Their customer service leaves something to be desired.

Yah I'm wondering the same thing about the tune friendly thing. I really wanna custom tune my truck but with only 3000 km on it the warranty issue is a big thing still. I bought mine from sherwood ford a little over a month ago. If this is true how does 1 switch dealerships for warranty work like that?

I guess you can say we are friendly! I have sold programmers/intakes/exhaust with brand new vehicle deals and we do take care of our customers, and with that being said, if parts are purchased and installed anywhere else but here, unfortunately the shop isnt as forgiving. Which I believe is a fair deal!
I take care of all the accessories and add-ons in the parts department, we are competive to all other local suppliers...and yea!

So everything u have for ur 2013 truck came thru ur dealership? If that's the case ill order my intake and custom tune thru you guys and have u install it all just so it's covered. That gives me peace of mind at least.

sweet truck! I just installed a tune from Livernois and I love it. I live in Whitecourt, AB and have a '13 Platinum ecoboost. I think Ill have to come to Freedom for service work. I bought a Foose F150 there last year
