I'm fully prepared for them to try and deem this knock to be normal. There is no way this is normal. When I walked out of Boston Pizza I actually thought it was a vehicle driving over rumble strips nearby. Then I realized it was MY TRUCK making the sound. Mother of God............

Too sad to hear that people having issues with their V8s. Yesterday I bought a brand-new 2014 FX4 5.0L V8. I hope I will not have those issues..

I wish everyone recover their problems.

Does anyone know a trusted place that I can take my vehicle for getting its front end wrapped with 3M protective film? And how much price should I expect?

And nearest Krown shop I found is in Calgary. It doesn't show any in Edmonton at Krown's website..

Does anyone know a Krown shop in Edmonton?

Edit: By the way I've been following the forum for a very long time.

I got mine done right at the dealership before I picked it up. I think was around 500.00 CAD. I wasn't impressed with it at that price. Looks like crap after awhile. Mind you my truck is black so maybe other colors would be ok.

Alberta F-150s!!!!!

All it is, is my friend and his dad took the factory Eaton supercharger, injectors, and everything needed for the supercharger off of a Ford Lightning and swapped it over to the 2001 Supercrew 5.4L, I love the power, the transmission has a good shift kit and it's got a Detroit locker rear end it all adds up to a good sleeper and a fun to drive daily driver.
