Picked up my power folding tow mirrors today, and installed them this evening. I'll get a pic or two tomorrow after I run my truck through the car wash.
As it stands right now I don't have the power extend hooked up and I don't have the side marker functioning as a side marker, but as a puddle lamp. Out of the two I may consider wiring up the side marker, but I can live with manually extending the mirrors.
Hey recently got a 2014. Xlt ext cab 5.0 with the 3.73 locking diffs,17 inch rims. I wanted rubber floors but couldnt get a 5.0 with rubber. It feels like a sportscar next to my old 2010 b4000 or 98 5.4 150. Im from valleyview up around gp
Only real build plans are to color match the bumpers and grill surround, i plan to black out the grill fx4 style. Then a set of method standards at 17 inch a set of 33s and 2.5 coilovers up front with uniball uca and 2.5s or rappy 3.0s and possibly deavers. Getting a set of fx4 heads and tails would be nice as well as i hate chrome.
If anyone has a handle on rappy lcas id want them and that would change the whole gameplan and my bank account lol
I just sold a set of FX4 headlights and taillights haha. But yes, I love seeing the chrome light assemblies switched out for the FX4 ones. It looks very sharp!
