Right on! I'm in the northwest around crowfoot. For sure have to get something big going when the weathers right!

Crowfoot eh? I go to SAIT but live in the south. I'm usually up in the crowfoot train station area. Wouldn't be surprised if I saw you around!

Glad to hear it butters! And there's a very good chance of that hardcore, just passed by SAIT yesterday haha. Nice new wheels by the way! Can't wait to get mine but they're 8 weeks away.

Argh, there are two trucks that have piqued my interest at a local dealer and I know I could get either for considerable less than the MSRP.

One is a 2013 FX4 6.5 bed, fully loaded except the 20'' wheel option.

The other is a 2013 FX4 6.5 bed, fully loaded with the Appearance Package.

Both are Oxford white. Both have the power folding trailer tow mirrors. Both have the HID headlamps. And both are Ecoboost, which is my biggest hang up. I have grown quite fond of my 5.0L and don't know if I would be completely happy switching over to an Ecoboost.

Get the white with the app package.
I love the storm trooper look. If I could do it again I think I'd get white with the app package.

It's a sick looking truck, that's for sure. A real eye catcher. The two I'm interested in are parked side by side in the lot and I can't help but stop for a look occasionally. They've been on the lot for over two months now.

If I was in the market for a new truck, I wouldn't hesitate at getting another ecoboost. I've had the power loss issue a few times, and it still hasn't soured me on it. The only thing I don't really like about it is it sounds like a sewing machine! I miss the V8 sound, but I really love the power of the eco. I set the cruise at 120, and that truck will NEVER shift out of 6th gear! It's a small thing I know, but I smile every time I'm climbing out of a river valley and that little engine just purrs away, maintaining my speed like it's no big deal!

If you can get one of them for a steal and you are ready to get a new truck, I'd say go for it. I'd go for the white one, I love the stormtrooper look!

Oh, I saw some '14 appearance package trucks today at MGM. I much prefer the decals on the 12-13's. The '14 app decals have a section of fake carbon fibre. It looks terrible IMO.
