I have an older macbook from 2007. Still runs strong, I just want some decent specs for gaming via bootcamp. The 27" mac is a compelling package specs wise. Almost the same stuff as the gaming PC I'm pricing out and really not that much more money.

Wheels are on the backburner...That alpine is yelling at me. Still guilty about not getting factory nav, and this is about as damn close to factory nav looking as a double din gets..At $2k for the whole package though, it's alot to pay for OEM looks and still somewhat clicky, tacky and complicated software that double din systems use.

Turns out we have plans to go to Edmonton next week! Hopefully we can get some of the Edmonton members together for a lunch or dinner meet.

I'll be in sask until Sunday but I'd be up for a meet.

Apologies for these poorly lit pictures, but you get the idea.

I am long overdue for a trip to Sherwood Park. When is the meet?

Not sure..Next week sometime. Probably won't be rolling in my truck though, as the intercooler condensation power-loss gods have graced me with their presence.

In my experience, it is akin to a lightning strike. I am definitely not suggesting you drive up, but I would.

Yup, I was mad at the truck yesterday. We're good now..It was totally unaffected and has been totally fine after I derped out boosting the Focus even though I reversed the connection on my truck's end, so It is once again my trusty ol' truck.

I'll keep you Edmonton guys updated with the plans.
