Throttle body spacers are meant to give carburated engines more time for the gas and air to mix. Therefore (theoretically) burning more efficiently providing (theoretically) more power. The air/fuel mixture is all regulated to peak efficiency by the computer on EFI engines. A TBS on an EFI engine is equally effective whether you place it in the engine, or in the cup holder.

Now if you however increase the size of the actual throttle body, then there are supposedly gains to be made. That's about all I know about bigger throttle bodies though.

That must be how they get 100 raptors a year. They aren't dealing on the raptors at all tho... Oh well they gotta make their money somewhere

They are one of the only SVT authorized dealers in Alberta from what they said. So they get all the Raptors for the Edmonton area and actually sell them to other dealers in the area. When you buy a raptor from a different, non SVT, dealership it's considered as used when financing. Or that's what the salesman told me.

Guys got some extra parts hanging around I want to sell:

09-13 fog light assemblies with bulbs, one brand new other used but in great shape

09-13 front centre licence plate mount

09-13 oem painted flares with all hardware

09-13 oem bed extender

09-13 front painted bumper, needs to be refinished but no dents

09-13 rear bumper pieces painted, needs refinishing but no dents, with sensor holes

Complete crew cab door/tailgate handle set that I've sanded and primed, but going another route

Will soon have a used pair of tow mirror caps, textured that can be PTM easily, that's what I had done with my other set

Crew cab black carpet mats, excellent shape

Crew cab oem black rubber floor mats, great shape

Will have my bedslide with 1200lbs capacity for sale shortly too, will only fit a 6.5 box

09-13 non Harley tail lights too

Will have an 09-12 platinum grill for sale shortly too.

PM me offers if interested. Might be more parts too that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Stay safe!
