Tow mirrors rock. They look good and are functional.

Tow mirrors are the best trade I have made, don't miss the standard mirrors at all

Especially hauling a decent sized holiday trailer. When I bought mine and brought it home from the dealer I couldn't see beyond the front corners of the trailer. Tow mirrors are much more safe.

They sound like a great modification for visibility reasons, and they look good IMO. I think I will cave soon and buy a set.

Need to vent a little. Murphy's Law got me good this time. My A/C wasn't working (no cold air) so I got it assessed and recharged at Bonnyville last week and they had me scheduled to come in last night and get the system repaired. Then they cancelled my appointment to make room for an "emergency appointment" and rescheduled me for next Tuesday night. They told me my A/C would be fine and will keep working until at least then. Fair enough, I can live with that. But then Murphy threw a curve ball at me! Leaving work today my A/C dies again and the next five days leading up to my appointment are highs of 30 degrees or more! #*&@^#%!*$*!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's not right. Emergency or not, how is that your problem? Would they do that for you? I'd be having a frank discussion with them.....

So I went on my first long road trip yesterday and i am in bc today. I went from Edmonton to Hope BC yesterday and was able to make it all the way to Merrit BC on one tank. Average speed was around 110km/h the whole trip an averaged 13.5L/100km which I thought was pretty good for driving through the mountains.

The computer said I only used 120L out of my 136L but when then DTE hit 0km as I pulled up to Merrit I was getting nervous and had to fill up. Next station was 100km away and on the other side of a other mountain.

Hand calculations were 122L used and 13.7L/100km so the computer is slightly off.

I was really impressed with the Eco's ability to get up and pass anything. I have never owned any vehicle that takes off and can pass another vehicle like this truck can. Now to tackle the bugs!

Oh I passed these Taylor swift trucks about three times too. Haha.

True. Honestly I just want to get it fixed. I had the system dyed on the 18th, checked on the 20th, and now just need to get the condenser installed. So at the moment I'm not even thinking about taking them to task in regards to them cancelling my appointment. But if for some reason they cancel the next appointment I will go pick up the part and take it to another dealership.

LOL, cool picture of the Taylor Swift trucks ianinedm.

I usually set the cruise on 105 in and then reset the trip every time I leave for work. According to the computer I'm getting about 11.5L/100km so not to bad. Even if it is slightly higher in reality I'm probably still under 13L/100km.
