TSB 14-0069 Transmission Fluid Leak
I noticed a small fluid leak on the garage floor, so did some digging and found a tsb 11-3-25 that looked like it was the cause of the leak (Bulkhead connector). I am 6 months out of the powertrain warranty, but only have 66K on the truck so I called the local dealer where I take it for service (2010 Screw 4.6 XLT) and spoke to the service manager. He said the work usually costs $300-$400 but would do it for $125.
They did as promised, but quoted a different TSB which appears to be the same wording as the one I found (maybe difference between USA and Canada). I thought that was fair and was happy to get the fix done. to F&S

Good to hear some positive feedback, too often the haters just use forums to vent their discontent and fire up the blame-thrower at the dealer.
I've been going to the same small town dealer for 10 years, and they have fantastic sales and service staff.

So true. A lot of people would just go to the dealer, get the work done, pay the bill and complain. If you do a bit of research, some issues can be resolved quite fairly.
