I hope you have success with cotsub app as I like many others have not had success. When I attempted to use it, it seemed to be asking for a sales code that begins with F, My dealer code is CB7240 and the only message I get asks me to confirm my submission

Your sales code should be listed on your Vehicle Order Confirmation sheet

The dealer code I was given starts with an "A" along with only 4 digits.
I guess I won't be able to check it on my own.

Went to dealer today, Sales Manager was in a meeting so I left without a VIN or a Status update, Starting to feel like more of a classic PITA customer than an Excited Ford Truck owner. Anyone else wish there was a user friendly self serve option for customers like me? sure would add to excitement even if when you checked status updates there was nothing new to report. All I have is an order confirmation report with information the doesn't work in the COTUSB website and no response from FordServiceCa.

Got a VIN

Liking what I have been seeing here, hope my dates are in line with the rest. I ordered about a month ago 01/22 but haven't got any word from the dealership yet. I was a pita for them on the deal, think I may have got them good on price (worked them hard for the sale). So I am not expecting to much, in the way of extra help or info. Would love to know where I stand but, if info here proves consistent mine may be built or very soon, and on its way to its new home.
