There is a lot of info about leveling already posted, take a little time and do some searching, thats what I did.
(This was my response in a similiar thread, in the aftermarket section of the forum)
I put a 2.5" Daystar Leveling kit on my 2007 screw about a week ago.
I went with the daystar kit, I know many others like the AS (Autospring) Kit. They are all basically the same to me. I got my kit from 4wheelparts.com it was labeled a 2" kit, but when I got it the box said 2.5" and after looking at the Daystar website they don't have a 2" only the 2.5" I figured I'd go ahead and give it a try and I'm glad I did, my truck now sits almost perfectly level (within an 1/8"). I wasn't sure at first which I needed 2" or 2.5" but I guess with the added weight of the screw and the 5.4, the 2.5" was perfect.
I would consider myself above average when it comes to working on vehicles, but it is a very straight forward process. A friend and I put my kit on in about 2 hours, nothing really difficult, the directions were very clear. Actually after watching the video, I didn't even look at the directions when I installed it.
Hope this helps
Here is the video if you havn't seen it:

nice truck pcwiz! i wonder if im biased?
i have an AutoSpring 1.5 on mine. 06-08 trucks measure 2 inches lower in the front than the rear, 04-05s measure 3 inches taller in the rear.
1.5 makes mine sit right where i want it, its about a quarter inch lower in the front

longer shocks arent needed with a leveling kit, if you get new shocks you can get bilstein shocks that can lift the truck without a leveling kit. avoid the 3 inch kit too, it stresses the cv axles and balljoints more than the 1.5 to 2.5 inch kits.

Thanks fivespeedsteed! yea nothing wrong with a 2007 lariat supercrew! lol what color is yours?
yea as fivespeedsteed said, I didn't put new shocks on it. I've seen some cases where the amount of lift slightly varies by truck. In my case the 2.5" made my front sit about a 3/8" high, but seems to have settled some over the past week, it is now within about an 1/8" of being level, (front higher). It isn't really noticeable anymore tho, really won't be once I get a set of tires. (35's)
Only difference I see in my truck is now, when the suspension is fully extended downward the upper control arm rests against the spring, but thats not a big deal since if i ever get in a situation where that happen would happen while driving, I'll already have bigger problems, lol.

I got a true 3" spacer from ebay I just did the front no block for the rear I wanted it to be level all around I've had it for 25,000 miles with no ball joint or cv axle trouble and I'm pretty rough on it
