Default Yet another lift question

Fellas, I have a 3" sag lift and 33" new tires. But in a 4x2, it's not as high as I thought it'd be. Would u go with a 3" body lift or just go with the full 6" lift and take the 3" lift out?

I'm also not against putting in say a 6" fabtech lift on top on my sag lift either. Some off roading, bout 2 miles down a dirt/mud road to hunting lease where the four wheeler takes the rest of the punishment. a few times a week is as rough as it gets, so not talking too much stress on axles etc.

Opinions here appreciated.
Now this is just one mans opinion,so take it for what its worth.
Yours only being a 4x2 already sits lower than our 4x4's so thats strike one.Going with 33's and the 3sag lift was a start.Again though cause yours is a 4x2 it will still sit lower than a say a 4x4 with a leveling kit and 33's.Forgo the body lift, get rid of the 3sag lift and go into a 6inch lift with 35's if you can afford it.You can run your 33's yes,but will loose some hight say if you would have went with 35's.Again,this is just my opinion. Its your money, you know what you can afford, and in the end,you gotta look at your truck and be satisfied with it

Didn't read your bottom.Indeed go with a fabtech.

IMO just go with the full 6" lift, i really dont like the way body lifts look(but thats me)
You dont have to put 35's but they do fill the wheel well better, I've seen trucks on here with 33's and they look fine.

I agree. 33" will look fine, 35" fill up the wheel well much better. 6" will look good.

Avoid body lifts then. OK. I see that.

So take the 3" sag out, and 6" in? I was hoping the two would add together. The concern I had was about the stress on the drivetrain.

If I get the 6" then, putting 35" tires would give me 2 of those inches back i lose from taking the sag out lol. I like it!

Budget is what I can squeeze past my chief financial officer aka wife.
