Default YES!!! 09-14 OEM fender flares fit 04-08 PERFECTLY

I just bought a set of OEM take off 09-14 fender flares and upon my initial test fit, they fit like a glove. Good information for anyone looking for OEM flares but are having a hard time finding ones for 04-08.

Good to know but didn't someone clarify this a few months back? Maybe I'm having a case of déjà vu?

They arent mounted and wont be for about a month. I have to clean/sand/plastic prime/high build prime then paint and mount. I just got them today and me and my son held them up in place, everything lines up perfectly.

I have looked and looked all over Google for answers to if they fit or not. If there is a thread on this, point me there....lol because its not on Google!

Just out of pure curiosity...what does high build priming mean?

To fill in the "texture" with primer. There are different types of primer. These flares are the plain black textured flares. Got a full set for $70 shipped and I want them smooth and will be using all SEM products for priming with Dupont basecoat and clearcoat sprayed with a gun. I am doing all the prep work while my father (who rebuilds about 20 cars a year for a salvage company) will do the paint work.

Nice score!! How are you going to mount them? Are you going to drill holes in your fenders for the factory tabs on the flares to work?

The flares already have holes drilled in them. I wont be using any "tabs" that mount into the side of the fenders. The rears use 2 existing bolts at the bottom of the flares and then there are 5 holes already in the flares that I will use to make the holes in the fender lip. The fronts there is 2 bolts in the fender already that I will have to mark the flares with and re-use. Then there are 4 holes already in the front flares to mark and drill into the fender lip for them. May use a little 3M tape as well. I will use push tab style pins to secure them, such as these:

where'd you score them for $70?!?!?! I'm going to need some SMG flares sooner rather than later.
