Default XLT to Lariat Interior Conversion

I decided I wanted leather seats. So I bought me some. When I got them I discovered that the seats had the modules for heated seats and memory position settings. So I started doing some research and ended up deciding to go ahead and ad as many of the features from a lariat as possible to my truck. This includes adding EATC, getting the heated seats to work, getting the memory function to work, and adding adjustable pedals.

I have collected the majority of the parts and I know a few people on the board have expressed interest in seeing a write up (Mostly for the leather seats swap) So I thought I would go ahead and start putting it all together and collecting it up.

I decided that it would be better to break the whole thing into a few different threads which I'll link back here. That way if someone only wants to swap in leather seats they dont have to sift through all the stuff with EATC for example.

I decided not to do the flow through console swap because I could not determine if the center piece in the dash can be swapped as a unit or if the whole dash has to be swapped. If some one knows then feel free to add your experience.
Here are some pics of how everything looks from the outside completed.

The flow thru can be added to your current dash. There are a few write up on it.

link? I have not found anything that addresses the fact that the center piece is completely different between the set ups and how to over come that...

Nice work! It looks good!
I actually want to do the opposite. I have the black leather in my fx4 and I would like to go with the two tone gray seats you had before. Unfortunately I passed up a full set when I first bought my truck that were $250 on Craigslist...
Did u get new seats or just the leather covers?

this makes me sad because we could have traded the seats and both of us would have only been out shipping
