Default Xlt to fx4 swap

Usually the search feature allows me to find a ton of threads for questions I have but I must just be having a bad day haha .. Wanting to swap my xlt cluster for an fx4 one. I know it's been done, but i need some assurance be for I attempt. Aside from the mileage flash, is there anything else I should be aware of?

You bet. There may be some functions in the "information center" that may not work; it all depends on what you had available/working in the XLT.

I did it. My XLT cluster took a poo. The FX4 cluster I think looks nicer, everything works like it should. Proceed with confidence. The column shifter module pops out of the XLT cluster and pops right in to the FX4 cluster.
