Default xcal3 not working anymore

got my xcal3 from troyer about a year ago. has always worked fine. i went to change the tune today and when i plug it in, it lights up blue like normal and for a very brief moment it flashes "filesystem initializing" and then does nothing. i tried leaving it hooked up for a couple minutes and that did no good. i cant return to stock, i cant change my tune, i cant pull codes....what do i do?
