Uh, the forums crystal ball is broken...what upgrades did you do? What size tires/rims?

Can't really help if we don't know what you did specifically.

Got any codes set? Is the yellow "wrench" light on the dash lit, indicating the PCM is in "limp home" mode?

well thats the problem! you have the entire CIA in the truck

lol, serious note, check the brake (parking brake notorious for sticking). is the motor running rough or you just feel slow? maybe plugs or fouled fuel filter. are there any other symptoms besides "slow"?

What engine do you have? I have a 2005 STX with the 4.6 liter V8 and the exact same thing happened to me. The engine horsepower claimed by Ford is what 235 but by the time the power gets to the rear wheels it's like 175. So adding 33 inch tires makes that 175 have to work harder. Just my 2 cents.

Try placing the original "tune" back into the PCM and try it. Then re-install the new "upgrade" tune again.

well it was misfiring but that quite and the misfire wasnt hurting anything and didnt set off any codes... I changed the plugs about a month ago to try and fix the misfire, prolly do need a new fuel filter
