wtf Header Install??

why the hell do they make it soooo hard to install headers onto the 04 150 5.4 engines! aargh so frusterating. hanynes manual sucks, and so does the JBA header instructions suck. ive got good tools with swivels and extensions and still a pain in the butt. Rant Done. 12 of 16 nuts completely off now time to lift part of the engine cause it dont seem possible without doing it.
Could you post your results and how you made out? I attempted this same install 2 months ago and failed miserably. Going to make another attempt once the weather cools down. I could not even get to the 2 front lower bolts on the driver side no matter how many extensions i used. Also either had an underpowered compressor or impact wrench that i need to remedy. Thanks.

alright so i got abit of luck today. i got 1 more nut off so all i have left to do is 3. one of them is stripped on the top :S but all thats left that is a main concern is the bottom most front nuts. and what a bitch they are to get at on both sides. finding the right angle of attack is so hard. im using a 1/2 socket connected to a swivel then an extention and a socketwrench and still cant get it. it starts to grab then slip off. once I get the headers off ill snap some pictures.
as for the passenger side engine mount. retartedly i cant find it. i think i found it, but i can only find one side of the bolt that it goes to and i dont wanna loosen that just incase i cant get to the other side to tighten it later..
ive got the starter removed, and both of the cats and the y pulled back/dissconnected.
if it werent for all the tricky angles and tight space and rusted nuts ( wich i have already deep creeped the hell out of ) i wouldnt be so frusterated.

well the good news is, is that ive got the drivers side completely off! and ive got that pesky nut off on the passengers lower most front. so all i have now is one left to do on the passenger that is stripped and so hard to get the socket on with the wrench. whats a good tool to get into a tight area with a stripped nut lol, ive tried to use vice grips to loosen the stud but the vicegrips just keep spinning/slipping off cause of the lube i used to grease the nut. haha lose lose situation here

my buddy just bought a 07 4.7 tundra and its got more response than my 04 5.4 150. cant wait to get this installed. and if i dont have to take it to the mechanic im gonna be able to afford to get an exhaust too! but i gotta keep the cats cause im too cheap to buy a programmer. what do u guys think on dual exhaust?
