Default WOT hesitation at 3000rpm

Hey yall I have an 06 scab 4x4 leveled on 33s with cai and aftermarket exhaust. When I go wot in first gear and sometimes when it's in second, when I get to 3000rpm the truck kind of hesitates and almost seems like it is missing. Do any of you know what could be causing this? Anything to fix it? Your help is greatly appreciated

Clean throttle body, MAF, change the fuel filter, and run a can of seafoam through the gas tank. Are you running a tune for that CAI? If not, you are probably also leaning it out, causing a misfire.

Ok so mileage is 82k. It has been kept in good shape with all work done under an extended warranty through ford. No I'm not running a tune with the cai. From what I have read it seems like the fuel filter could be causing it? I will try the above and see if it helps. Thanks!

At 82k it could be a number of things I would start with plugs and COP boots.
I would also check the FPDM on the frame rail above the spare tire. They like to rot out. Just do a search for FPDM
