Question Turn signal arm doesn't go off

My turn signal arm doesn't return to off after I make my turn. When I turn it on, left or right, it stays in the on position but I have to manually turn it off. It clicks when turning on but does not click when turning off. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like the turn signal switch is going bad. When you turn on your signals either way, there's a tab that sticks out, when you turn your steering wheel to complete the turn there's a tab on the clock spring that rotates and hits the turn signal tab to release it back to the neutral position. Sounds like one of the tabs is worn out just enough not making contact to cancel the turn signals.
