Body lifts are pretty easy to install with a jack/jack stands and some air tools or torque wrenches etc. I installed a 3"body lift on a dodge Dakota and it was fairly simple.

It's not that it's hard. As long as you have the tools like stated, and maybe an extra guy to help hold and align stuff.
I installed a 3" BL on my old 94' Chevy. It just takes time. Time to make sure everything
is unplugged, aligned, plugged back in, and snug. The guy that helped me had a welder
which was needed to add steering linkage length.
It's a fun rewarding project though. Block out a Saturday and enjoy the work.
Takes some progress pics and write up a how to for the forum while you're at it!
