How hard is it and what is all required

Couple things.
Tried moving spark plug again.. same results
if I drive it till that code pops on scanner (never lights up cel on dash).
so in driveway pull each plug sensor for a second only one that makes a change is the one the scanner is telling me.

I looked inside the plug. All boot is out for sure. I see one little silver prong in hole on the sensor. Looks just like the rest of them.

Is it possible to have clogged cats? I got pressure at the tail pipe but my "loud" muffler isn't loud. ...

I have absolutely no clue what you are trying to say. You are going to have to describe it better than that.

Lol sorry was in hurry and fat finger the phone.

let me try again.
I swapped the spark plug from misfire to one not misfiring. I got same result.. misfire on 6.

Left it running in driveway with number the 6 misfire. Pulled one cop plug at a time and the engine would change (you could tell that cylinder was fine) so I know for sure it's only the misfire on number 6

the misfire shows up on a hand scanner but not on the dashes check engine light.

is there any chance I have a clogged cat since I can't get it over 2k while under load.

I dumped/drained all the power steering fluid and replaced it with tranny fluid.

I looked into the plug that plugs into the coil pack. The prongs on the inside look like the other plugs for other cop not bent etc

Remove spark plugs, screw compression gauge in spark plug hole, crank engine over and see what gauge reads. This is the route I would take before throwing parts at it.

What should the pressure be? You have all plugs out at once and just try to turn over engine? Out one at a time?

Yes, remove all the plugs out at once. Disable the fuel pump by pulling the fuse under the hood. Open the throttle all the way as you crank the engine. You want to be able to see the gauge as it cranks. Pressure should build quickly. It should stop at ~190 PSI. If cylinders are low, add a1/2 cap full of oil to the cylinder and rerun the compression test. If the reading jumped significantly, your piston rings are shot. If it didn't increase, the leakage is in the valve train or head gaskets.

If you are getting a misfire on only one cylinder, it's not a clogged cat causing it.

So each one should stay at 190 or close to it till I pull the compressor off?

All cylinders should ideally be within 10 PSI. There should be a release valve on the tester. It will hold the pressure reading until you release it.
