I have the same issue with the mini message center showing -- where the compass direction should be. Tried the reset procedure and it doesn't seem to respond. Tried holing down the ODO reset for 6 seconds and releasing and it won't go to ZONE - in fact it doesn't change at all... Any ideas?

Is this the stock cluster for your truck? Not a replacement/swapped cluster, right?

Yes it's the stock cluster...
