I just traded in for a 2007 F-150 with a 5.4, Super Crew, King Ranch.
When the driver's door is open, the windows will not go down or up. They work fine when door is closed. Is this normal? Is there a way to make it so that they do go up and down with the door open?

Do all your windows not work with the doors open?
I have an 06 and mine work closed or open. I would check the wires in the rubber "accordian" hose that is between the door and body of the truck. maybe some wires are loose or frayed.
