I had a guy offer to tint all 5 of my windows for $200.00 USD.
It's a legit tint shop. He said he would do %15 tint on the side windows and %7 (limo tint) on the rear.

Is this a fair price or should I shop around?

That's decent, but I wouldn't say it's the best. I had all 5 of my windows tinted for $160.

I had all the windows stripped and retinted plus a visor for $180 I think.

That's about average. I think I paid $225 or so for all 5 windows in my 12 and tint strip across windshield.
