Default Window Problems

The driver side panel can control all windows; however the rf and two back windows can't be operated by the passengers. Almost like the safety lock is engaged all the time. The driver window also makes a very loud squeaking noise.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Can I buy just the lockout switch or do I need to buy whole master panel? And do you know who sells it

Before you buy that, pull the one you have out of the arm rest and flip it over to see the plugs. Shove all the wires firmly into their spots inside the plug and try the windows again.
