Will subs fit

Will subs fit
I have 2 12" kicker impulse subwoofers but they are to thick to fit under the back seats in my super crew dose anyone know a way to make them fit? Or have a different box design that looks good and can fit these subs

Seat lift. But its still going to depend on how deep those subs are. Shallow mounts are what you need.

Just Creepin
It's something like 2" or 2.5". It only moves the seat bottom up and not the back rest. Think, either way, you will want to go with 12" shallow mount subs. They are designed for minimal airspace while a normal sub will want more than you can get inside the boxes that fit under our seats.
With that said, poke around researching. I goggled for awhile as I too had 12" subs already. See what boxes are available and how deep they are inside. Then of course make sure airspace volume is close.
In the end I just went and bought couple 10" shallow mount subs from local audio shop and a box off eBay for $80 shipped. Its as good sounding as I hoped after the new subs were broken in. This is coming from someone that's had 2 12" subs in every vehicle since I got my license 12 years ago.
We got a mini van and I'm way more tempted than I should be to put those 12" subs I still have garage, in the van. Just a matter of if I want to fight with my wife about it
