I will be going with 17"Rockstar wheels from and 18" chrome Pacer with a positive backspacing. The rockstars are negative which will stick out further. My truck has a 2.5 level kit and is an 05 fx4.

I'm running 33x12.5x18 now. By getting the new wheels should I stick to a 33" tire 295/70/17 or a 34--35, 315/70/17? If the 315/70s would fit I'd out them on, just was curious about scrubbing.

35s will with some trimming..but if u dont want to trim stick with 33s

Price isn't an issue because I've found a seller on eBay and a website that sells them in a package. So they aren't priced much different. Will it be 1 MPG lost in going to 35s?

I run 35x12.5x18 tires on a 2.5 leveling kit an it does not rub at all an I didn't trim anything

My truck looks like yours with its stance. Slightly higher in front.

Nitro trail graps 315/70/17 on black rockstars for $1820. Not bad at all.

How negative of offset? I have that size with eight inch wide wheels with +25 offset and they don't rub at all.

Don't rockstars come in negative offset also? Like -10 or so. Can't remember the number.

Ill probably stick with 33s due to gas and my short wife driving it a lot.
