Wow that helped alot, but very confusing. The first three numbers are the height and the second numbers are the width of the tire.(thickness?) Correct?

No the first three digits are the tires width in millimeters. 275mm is 10.82" wide

The second set of two digits is the aspect ratio or the sidewall height and it's a percentage of the sectional width. So if you have an aspect ratio of 50 the sidewall height is 50% or 1/2 the width of the tire.

I have 35' BFG TA KOs with a 2' level on a 2WD and have only slight rubbing full left in reverse and it's just the plastic. It all depends on backspacing/offset my friend.
